Mold Assessments begin at $650.00
​
This includes a visual inspection and up to 3 air or direct swab samples, and an assessment report.

Mold Remediation Protocols begin at $575.00

This includes a standard operating procedure with a detailed affected area diagram specific to your project that is used by a licensed mold remediation contractor to perform the clean-up and removal of mold affected materials.

Post Remediation Clearance Assessment begin at $600.00
​
This includes visual, procedural inspection and 2 air samples and a clearance report and a signed certificate of mold damage remediation issued by the licensed mold remediation contractor that performed the work.
